Question PC won't start even though LEDs and Fans work

My computer froze today after I went AFK for an hour or so, and I had to manually switch it off holding the power button on case.

After doing so, tried rebooting and PC won't start up even though CPU fan, Gfx card fan and other fans and LED lights work.

The motherboard is showing ez-debug red led above CPU debug label.

Please help troubleshooting.

Build -
AMD Ryzen 2600x
MSI GTX 960 2gb
MSI B450 Tomahawk Motherboard
Corsair VS 550W PSU

Could be the power supply. Unplug the system, remove the CMOS battery from motherboard, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. Plug it back in and see if it runs.
