Is the HDD set to AHCI mode in BIOS? Did you supply the AHCI driver, if necessary, during the Windows installation boot process?
Okay. I have made a conclusion. I believe the hard drive is the one acting up. I decided to boot my PC without the hard drive connected and just start the windows installer to the point of where it looked for a hard drive. The windows installer ran perfectly fine. So that means that the install is not corrupted, or that another part is broken. I know it is definitely not the ram or CPU. So I will be returning and replacing the hard drive and hope that my PC will be functional after that. Thanks for all of your helpful answers.
