Question Pc won't start unless i reinstall the mobo battery

hi, recently i had a problem with my pc sometimes the pc start normally and sometimes don't..when I power on everything working but the case and cpu fan won't spin and the mobo led is off

I rebuild my pc and clean every parts and what I noticed that when I remove the mobo battery it works again and the CMOS reset!

in the past I had a similar issue and fixed it by loosening the motherboard screws a little..but now it doesn't work

is that meaning the mobo is dying?
