PC wont start up after installing new motherboard/cpu HELP!!!

Hello!
I recently got a new motherboard the GIGABYTE GA-F2A55M-DS2 and the AMD A6 6400K.
after i had switch from the old motherboard and the old cpu to the new motherboard/cpu and put everything were they should be my pc won't start up i got nothing...
i can se at the power suply a green light but when i am trying to start it up nothing happends

What revision is it??

Rev 1 needs BIOS F5

AMD A6-6400K 3900MHz 512KBx2 N/A 800 MHz Richland 32nm A1 65W F5

Rev 1.2 needs F5

Rev 3 needs FA

FA is the BIOS it needs to support that CPU. So its not a BIOS prob
