Pc won't start up plaese help!

Hello everyone my pc was broken by overclocking so I got myself a new motherboard but when I turn it on the fans go on for avery short while but then it shuts down again.My specs are:
Motherboard=Asrock G31M-VS2
RAM=2*2Gig DDR2 800MHz Patriot Memory
Powersupply=450W and I also have a 300W
Graphics card=Nvidia Geforce GT 210
Processor=Intel Celoron Dual Core 1.6GHz and was last overclocked to 2.5GHz
Hardrive=120Gig SATAII 7200rpm Segate Baracuda
CPU fan=Coler Master Mini with 4 coper pipes
That's all my pc parts.Please help my the mother board is new and the rest of the parts last worked.Thanks

looks like you fried your cpu. You may need to get a new one

Sounds like your power supply is not liking your new motherboard, swap it out with the old one and try it again
