Pc wont start

My pc turns on and off without showing anything on display.It doesnt make any beep sound.What the cause could be?I ve recently ripped it apart to do some cleaning inside.After puting it together it doesnt work.I have double checked every connection eveything looks fine

Ive damaged one of the golden cpu connectors in motherboard when taking off the cpu.fixed that now it works
