PC won't start

The category might be wrong but I have absolutely no idea what's wrong with my PC

First, my motherboard got corrupted and it would bluescreen at starting windows, i updated bios, nothing, and i tried some other things that didn't succed, i changed my PSU to a seasonic 520 and it worked... a bit, it froze and it won't start. It never gets past starting windows, no bluescreen this time, it just stops suddenly

I forgot to mention the specs, it's an i3-3240,gtx 960, 8 gb ram ddr3, gigabyte b75-d3v and seasonic 520 psu, it is about 5 years old

OK - let's stop a moment. You give us the CPU, a little info on the memory, and the PSU. There may be more than that. What Graphics card to you have? What version of Windows do you have?

Alright, sorry for the late reply, I fiddled around with it, and found out 1 stick of ram is bad, it works just fine with the other
