[SOLVED] PC won't stay in windows for more then 5 minutes. Clock_watchdog_timeout

I have tried giving a new copy of windows and leaving 1 stick of ram in etc. Idk why but it literally will not stay booted for what seems for 5 minutes before giving me the BSOD.

Rx580
Msi B450M gaming plus
16gb 2x8 Corsair vengeance ram 3000mhz
500gb Samsung 970evo

Download memtest86 onto a USB stick and boot to it and run several passes.

Actually I found out what was wrong. My original installation boot drive had corrupted files. I re-downloaded the one from online and it works just fine.
