[SOLVED] pc wont turn on after installing a new gpu

Hi i recently purchased a new gpu palit 3060 , when i install it the pc turn on for a little bit and nothing happened then it doesn't turn on at all , i press the power button several times and still the same when i install my old gpu gigabyte 1650 super every thing is normal and working fine
my specs :
mobo : gigabyte b550 ds3h
psu : corsair 650 w 80 plus bronze
cpu : ryzen 7 3700x
cooler : cooler master master liquid ml 240l v2
ram : x2 8gb corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 3600 mhz
ps: nothing is oc

Make sure that you have connected all cables and the GPU is properly inserted into the PCI slot. Also it requires a 8 pin connector.

the GPU is properly inserted into the PCI slot but the 8 pin connectors i didn't sure of them , i have 6+2 pin in my psu they are a little bit stubborn but i connect them till they stop im afraid to break something if i pushed them any further
