Question Pc won't turn on because of new monitor

I had two LG monitors that were plugged via HDMI and DVI. But recently I changed one of them to a Samsung with 144hz conected via Displa Port.
The issue with this monitor is that every time it is plugged in, my PC won't start and it doesn't even do the beeping sound. Another thing that I noticed was that when I shut down my PC for 10 seconds and then turn it back on with the monitor plugged in, my PC will turn on as usual.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Try another known working video cable.

Does the Samsung monitor work on another known working computer?

Clarify:

[Samsung] being my edit.

So a PC reboot starts the PC but the Samsung monitor does or does not work?
