PC wont turn on immediately.

My pc wont turn on when I press the power up button,but after plugging and unplugging 3 4 times or closing the power supply it opens up.Any suggestions?

try updating the bios thats what I tried when I ran into a similar problem where I'd have to unplug one of my hard drives to get it to boot

Well I have my bios updated,as well all other drivers.When I plug n unplug the sata cable from my hard drive the pc powers up, no problem.Does this mean that I need a new hard drive?

Yes,since the day they were released,without facing any problems(but a bug which would load my hdd at 100%)
