Question Pc won't turn on unless I unplug all USB peripherals

I have a strange problem for two days on my PC (see video), the power button fails to turn on the PC but the CM LEDs light up.

As you can see the button lights up and some RGB on the MB too but the PC won't start

The first day, I managed to boot using the start button on the motherboard.

I turned it off afterwards and it started normally.

Yesterday morning, same problem, this time the button did not work, I disconnected usb on the back of my case and it worked and I thought it could be due to a USB3 to USB adapter

Same problem this morning. I had to remove all USB peripherals too boot .

No problem to report since the boot.

I don't understand why this is happening... Any ideas.

I had a similar issue. My pc was set to use usb for booting up and my usb mic needed to be unplugged. Maybe some usb peripherals look like a USB boot drive?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

It seems that even with 0 usb plugued it has issue to boot..

Just ordered a new PSU to see if that fix it..

Is it a good choice?

No idea i've just ordered another PSU..

Finally I changed the24 pin with the original one and seems to work.. let see if that lasts
