[SOLVED] PC wont turn on [wake up from] sleep

So just like the title says my PC wont wake up after going to sleep, although when i press the keyboard all the components light up, fans spinning but it wont show in my screen and my mobo just has an orange light on it.
my parts are:

ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
Ryzen 7 3700x
GSKILL DDR4 16GB 3200
MSI 2070 SUPER GAMING X
CORSAIR TX750
LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC RAZER EDITION

You could go into the bios, look under the "Advanced" menu and check "APM Configuration" can see if changing sleep settings there will help.
You could also in windows energy settings set high performance mode and make sure that the hdd/ssd never goes to sleep.

If this doesn't help is it maybe a power issue and i get the feeling you use a pretty old psu, maybe this can't support deep sleep settings even when it's AMD we're talking about.
Have the latest bios?
Light is really orange? Or maybe yellow+red .... these are for the cpu+ram.
