My brother has had his PC for a couple years now. He took apart his PC about 8 months ago and after putting it together evrrything seemed fine. The PC booted up and everything. After about 4 minutes and after installing some Windows updates the PC randomly shut off (no blue screen) now the PC won't turn on at all.

Solution
Unplug it from wall, press on on psu and press power button to discharge and then remove battery from inside and leave it for 10 minutes. Then put battery back don't forget to turn off PSU from back and plug it in wall and then press on on psu and try.

(UPDATE) It was the power supply... not sure how that could have got damaged in storage but i guess that is what happens when you buy a no brand.
