pc wont turn on

So i have built my pc with a mobo "Msi h81m p-32 and i have an atx 500w power supply. The cpu is intel celeron g1840 with a stock cooler fan. I just plug in all the necessary cables and i turned it on and the cpu fan runs at normal and then it goes off and runs again (No display) that is continous by the way and i let it run all time but the problem is still unfix I tried finding a solution in other websites and i also tried putting a ddr3 ram but the problem still occurs. I think it was a psu problem? Because the motherboard is 100% Good. I need to fix this because i have an upcoming gtx 660ti and another ddr3 ram. Help me guys pleeeeaasssee thank you!

The fan runs normal but then the CPU fan shuts off? Can you get some monitoring software to check fan speeds? Sounds like maybe a heat issue that the fan is not regulating heat properly, do you have some new thermal paste on your Celeron, or is it old caked on?

If you think it's not heat related, it could be power related which can then be heat related. The fan is plugged into the mobo, which is 100% good? If the power supplied to the mobo is faulty, it could affect the CPU fan too, and everything else. Connections nice and secure?

Oh sorry i accidentally voted your answer thanks by the way. I dont think its heat related because i tried 3 different power supply to it but it still wont work. Any suggestions to do?

Proper ram type and ram speed for the mobo? The stock fan is working properly? The CPU will auto-shut down if it overheats as a self-saving precaution. Is the right power pin going to the right plugin on the mobo? Some power supplies require you to separate to a 4 pin from a 6 or 8 configuration. Maybe the Mobo might be protecting itself from improper voltage amount.

Yes i plugged the right pin. By the way when i start the system, the cpu fan runs like 0.1 seconds and then run again at 0.1 and then it runs fast and i can hear the noise of the cpu fan slowly minimizing
