Question PC Wont turn on

Hello Everyone i was in a middle of a game when my PC froze and shut off , tried turning it on and it will not however when i turn off the psu switch in the back my motherboard leds will blink once i thought it was the psu i ended up buying a new one and still wont turn on , i tried jumpstarting the motherboard and nothing happened.
