Question PC won't turn on?

So recently I bought new RAM and an SSD for my PC, I replaced my old RAM with my new then when I went to turn it on it started beeping rapidly and turned off when it finished beeping, causing a loop. So I put my old ram back in to see if it does the same, PC still beeped so I read that if that happened you would have to clear cmos battery. So I took out the battery, waited one minute and put the battery back in, now my pc won’t even turn on.

My specs:
Motherboard: GA-H87-D3H
CPU: INTEL CORE i5-8250U
GPU: GTX 1650 SUPER
PSU: CORSAIR CX650M
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2x8gb DDR3

At frist check you pc connection . If your computer starting but don't see anything on your pc, it could be an issue with your display. Make sure your pc is plugged in, receiving power, and turned on.

My pc was turning on before hand but it was stuck in a boot loop (with all my fans working). I cleared cmos battery and now the pc won't turn on at all.
