[SOLVED] PC won't turn on ?

When I press the power button on my case the computer does not turn on, no fan spin, no light on the case.
But my headphones light turns on. I already tried resetting the CMOS battery and cleaning the RAM sticks and replacing them

Amd fx6300
Gigabyte ga-78lmt usb3 (motherboard)
2x 4gb ddr3 ram
GTX 660
AXT switching power supply (400W)

Whats the solution?

Your PSU full name is CiT 400HE.

CiT power supplies are cheap & poor quality, in reality it's probably not even 400 watts.

You need a new power supply, one that's much better quality. That one you bought was a bad choice. Never buy a cheap PSU. They are cheap for a reason.

Keep your fingers crossed that it hasn't damaged any components when it failed.
