Pc working bad

My pc is a
1080 evga superclocked used from cex
I5 6600
Msi m3 b250
16gb ram
Power supple from ACE 850w 80 plus bronze that cost £25 new
All my temps are good

I have a couple problems
1. Extremely bad stuttering in gta v and textures not even loading
2.if I try play a game at high settings is will restart my pc when the game loads

I getting a new evga 650w psu soon
And do U think I should get new motherboard? And how do i fix issues above will the new psu fix them hopefully and should I give my gpu back and get a different one?

You should never do single if your PSU is Entry level (Cheap).
Always when your GPU has 6 and 8 connect one single 6pin and one single 8 pin to GPU.
If your PSU does have 6pin but not 8pin your psu isn't capable of powering that GPU (in most cases).
You have here which psu you can buy from which wattage i recommend you atleast 500W (or 650W if you plan to upgrade your CPU in future and overclock it).
 


 
Yea I also soon buying a i7 7700k but when I first built my pc I ddin t know much and bought a b250 motherboard so I would have to get a new motherboard like a z370 cuz they newest
A i7 7700k wouldn't be good in a b250 right?
 
That ace is a 400w psu at best & at that its a terrible quality one.

In all honesty id remove the 1080 from your pc completely until you've replaced it.

The way youre usingnit at the minute is inherently dangerous to your components.

& Im not exaggerating here either.
