I built a pc, got the parts but missed the ram and ssd, being as excited and anxious as I am, I began putting in the parts, I plugged in the components and the 4pin CPU power supply, only the ram and ssd that I didn't plug in because they haven't arrived. Okay I decided well would the ram really play a definite role in booting the PC? So I plugged in the pc. (A bit surprise and ready for the worst outcome(explosion) but there was nothing... no sign of life. What must have happened? Do you have any idea what went wrong.
And I forgot to mention this if you haven't already know but I am new to PC build.

Ram ---> bought crucial 2133 MHz (4gbx2)
