My build is about 3 months old and has been working great. Yesterday, PC wouldn't wake up from sleep. The mobo had (I think) two red lights on but I didn't notice if it was CPU, DRAM, VGA, and/or BOOT. I did a hard reset, and the red lights came back on. It stayed like that for about 30-60 seconds then went into the normal boot and worked fine.

Mobo is ASRock B650M Pro RS with Ryzen 5 7600 and an XFX 6700XT GPU

Internet (via Ethernet) has been in and out lately, but I don't think that's related and probably a bad cable or modem issue. Wi-fi has been fine around the house.

Any idea what the problem might be or how to prevent it in the future? Thanks!

Sleep issues are most probably Windows issue. Make sure they are in good working order, updated system and drivers. After a forced hard restart it's normal for BIOS and windows to take longer to BOOT, Both BIOS and Windows have to recheck everything and do eventual fixes.

Ethernet problem can be related too, after waking up, one of first things windows do is to check for internet connection to validate account and to check for updates.
