pc x86 mainboard running on open source software?

There is no fsf pc mainboard. What pc mainboard do you suggest if I want a mainboard with as much open source software as possible? All mainboards have uefi? Tpm? Mainboard should be low priced and specs comparable to http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/M3A785GMH128M/index.asp?cat= 2 core cpu, built in graphic card.

Not sure what you are asking, you install the software after you install the operating system, or are you talking about an open source controller for the chipset? If that's the case, there is none I know of.

Open source software is one thing -- Linux, etc for an OS. Open source FIRMWARE/BIOS -- I don't know of any.

Fx amd mainboards and ati graphic cards require more non free software than some intel hardware. https://www.thinkpenguin.com/gnu-linux/penguin-pro-5-gnu-linux-desktop has a pc that maximizes free software, also drivers, firmware. I want something similar.

It may not be dependent on any "binary blobs" but it also has very limited choices for hardware. There is no mention of what motherboard is used, so what BIOS it has is unknown.
Can you pick a limited set of hardware and get Linux support -- sure. You already have a solution identified.

I doubt anybody here can give you a better answer than a company that is selling them. To verify that no drivers are required, means testing by someone.

SeaBIOS is an open-source project aimed at "open-source hardware", and has been used to make some ChromeBook's "more" useful.

Seabios/coreboot still need binary blobs. Libreboot is the open firmware equivalent

It is more an over all evaluation. Where do I get most open source on a comman x86 mainboard? It would be useful, if these mainboards were listed.

If you notice not many hardware are supported. ARM chips are in the same boat needing binary blobs to boot.
