pc xbox controller's 4 lights flashing

the 4 green light rings are flashing on my wireless xbox controller (for PC). it still works and i can still use it but the flashing's pissing me off. it started when it vibrated for no reason so i took the batteries off and put them back in and ever since then it won't stop. i've tried putting the batteries of an on again and re syncing both my controller and receiver. nothing works.

Are you using the rechargeable battery pack or AA's? Did you try another set of batteries? The flashing lights usually means the batteries are low, or the controller is not synched, since it works I assume it is the former.

nevermind it fixed itself. not sure how tho. thanks anyway.
