i have 1 16x pci slot and 3 1x pci slots. I would like to put 2 gpu cards (16x) and have them both run at max. Is there a way to do this?? Maybe some type of expansion thing?
the 2 gpus are GTX 650TI overclocked & r9 270

Solution
Not with out replacing the motherboard since it only has one PCI-E x16 slot. GPU's will NOT fit or work in a PCI-E x1 slot. The only way you could do that would be to by a single card dual GPU version like the GTX 690 or HD 7990. But if you go that rout make sure your PSU is of a good quality and adequate wattage/amp's because those kind of cards will pull quite abit from the PSU.

not trying to crossfire or anything. Originally bought the 650 for gaming and now i'm into mining. The 650 mines ok but i can get 3 times more with the r9. I'd like to still use both in 1 computer if possible. Since it isn't (didn't think so but asked case someone knew some way), i'll put the swap in the r9 & put the 650 in the upstairs computer and burn the extra juice. I didn't want to run 2 cpus if i didn't have to. Thanks for the comments
