I've got a ! in the device manager with code 28 and this location.

I can't find any info that's on point.

Is there a listing somewhere that explains what this is?

The DM says it's a usb controller.

It also lists a pci device at PCI bus 1, device 0, function 3

Help Please.

that is usb-c from nvidia
which operating system u running? windows 10 has drivers in windows updates for sure
windows 7 doesnt have usb 3.1 drivers, theres nothing to do about it
