PCI card for XP and Windows 7

I need to be able to dual boot a PC into either XP Pro (32bit or Win7 Pro 64 Bit
The current card works in both but there is NO driver for Win 7 (32 or 64) so it only comes up in VGA. What current video cards PCI ( no NOT PCIe - PCI) will do this?

AMD Radeon HD5450/NVidia Geforce GT 610. These are the most current PCI cards that have both Windows XP and 7 Driver support.
