PCI controller error

Well recently My Hp Omni 100 all in one desktop was booting up to this weird error it says Something about pci controller then something about exiting rom (Sorry I Don't Remember All Of It) well when I accessed the diagnoses screen it had a biohd1 error and it wasn't reading my first drive {Hard Drive Seagate} well I opened the pc and cleaned the drive it was working fine but most of the time it boots up to the controller error and most of the time when I'm performing a task on the web or gaming it starts to make a weird sound like the fan is turning on and off and it starts to get slower and I eventually have to turn it off due to frustration. please I need help what can it be?

back up your data

then use the Seagate Diagnostic software and check the drive

If you're getting a "SMART Test Failed Error Code: BIOHD1" then you need to replace the hard disk drive.

When replacing the hard disk drive you will need the Windows 7 recovery discs.
