I'm having trouble finding the correct driver for 2 devices in device manager. I've tried multiple intel drivers for these devices and haven't been able to get them to properly function.

Hardware ID's
PCI Device
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_43E8&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_11
Unknown Device
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_34C6
I have tried
Intel® Management Engine Drivers for Windows 10* and Windows 11*
that comes up when I search these Ids but no luck.
I have tried all the drivers on Asus's website for my Motherboard ( B560M-P)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I have tried all the drivers on Asus's website for my Motherboard ( B560M-P)
Is this the motherboard you're working with? if so, what BIOS version are you currently on? What OS are you working with? You've stated a reinstall in your thread title, did you install the OS after recreating your bootable USB device+installing in offline mode?

You should install these;
Intel Gaussian and Neural Accelerator Driver V3.0.0.1400 For Windows 11 64-bit.
Intel SerialIO Software V30.100.2129.8 For Windows 11 64-bit.
Intel Consumer ME driver V2124.100.0.1096 For Windows 11 64-bit.
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver software V18.6.1.1016 For Windows 11 64-bit.

in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You have to install Intel chipset drivers.
NOTE - you have to click on <Show All> link, to see all drivers.
By default not all drivers are being shown.

Thank you sir! I'm going to use driver identifier from now on that worked like a charm. not sure why I needed Dell OEM drivers for my Asus motherboard but that really doesn't matter because it worked.

Different manufacturers make their own driver packages.
But drivers included (for Intel based motherboards) are from Intel.
Manufacturers just repackage those drivers (make custom installers with custom logos).
Drivers are generic (not specific to Asus or Dell).

Note - installers may make custom checks and refuse to install - for example,
if you're trying to run Asus driver installer on non-Asus motherboard.
Not saying - Asus does that. That's just an example.
