Given that this is a troubleshooting thread. I'm assuming you're referring to the Error POST Code LED on your motherboard(that came built in)?

The motherboard is an Asus P5N-D with a Core 2 extreme x6800, 4 gig of ram and a gtx 460 ti. No hard drive or OS yet, I'm also talking about a separate PCI diagnostic card but for some reason the LCD display isn't displaying anything.
