What PCI-E does my motherboard have cause I was planning to upgrade my graphics card but I don't know will AMD Radeon 7750 PCI-E 3.0 work on my motherboard, so any info on that?

Your MB has a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot. A PCIe 3.0 x16 GPU will run just fine in a 2.0 slot. Only the newest high end GPU's are beginning to exceed the throughput of a 2.0 x16 slot.

Yes. A 7750 does not even use all the bandwidth of a 2.0 slot. Like I said, only the very latest high-end cards (2016) would exceed the bandwidth of a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot.
