I have an Asus P5E3 Pro motherboard with a Q6600 processor OC from 2.4 to 3ghz by setting the multiplier to x9 and FSB to 333, now I wonder if I should put the PCI-E to 100mhz or on auto. I don't not know if my videocard can handle auto, I have an ASUS EAH6970

Solution
If you are making any changes to FSB make sure you set PCIe to 100MHz manually because it changes with FSB speeds and could adversely affect PCIe cards.
If you want to, you can set everything on manual and still keep defaults. That includes RAM values, Depending on which RAM it is, it can go higher but you may need to set higher voltage for it. With changes to FSB, RAM frequency will change too, so if raising RAM voltage doesn't fix instability from raised RAM frequency, you have to lower it's multiplier manually.
