Question Pci-e x16 Riser to 2x8 or 3x8

Hi.
I need a riser with Pci-e x16 to 2x8 and best to 3x8 and even to 4x4 but with size x8. Where can you buy such a thing and will it work?
Apparently I've found one but you can't buy it anywhere

hi, that is server stuffs, it wont work on normal consumer boards

well u will need chip (bridge connector) which can split it
first thing u posted (hyper m.2) has 4 of them, second one doesnt have anything, its just rewiring
if u combine them...hmm maybe, but its 4 lanes per m.2 port
