[SOLVED] Pci exclamation mark no drivers installed

My hp computer was built by my partner. In devices the pc has an '!' on it. When I troubleshooted it, it said pci had no drivers installed. I tried search for drivers and it couldn't find any. I don't know what it's for I'm just going off the ❗ next to drivers. Please help

these type of system drivers would need to be downloaded directly from the motherboard manufacturer's product support page's downloads section.

if this is just some franken-build of an old OEM HP system then you would need to find the original model of PC it was and download the drivers from HP's product support pages.
