Pci express 2.0

Hi,
I Buy a XFX Geforce GTX 260 / 768 MB.
before buy it, i have a MB ECS P33T-A (PCI-Express 1.0)
i install GTX 260 on it and play game.
but for increase performance, i change MB and buy ECS P43T-A2 (PCI Express 2.0)
but my game performane doesn't change!
i play crysis in 35 FPS (1680*1050 and 2x anti-aliasing) and now play just in 37 frame!
i hoped play in 45 frame and better!
why?
why pci express 2.0 affect week?

The only difference between the 2 is that pcie2.0 gives double amount of bandwidth, but if the card doesnt utilize all the bandwidth space there really isnt any reason for a performance increase. No card out can utilize the bandwidth pcie1.0 x16
If i were you i would return the new mobo if possible unless you plan to upgrade to the next gen dx11 cards. I would guess maybe next gen nvidia gtx300 series or ati 5xxx series will saturate the pcie1.0 x16 and may need pcei2.0.
