Pci express 3.0 x16_1 and x16_2

More often than not, the motherboard suggests that you use the top (closest to the CPU) PCI-Ex16 expansion slot for installing a graphics card. Secondary PCI-Ex16 slots are often cut down to x8 or even x4 throughput. Even so, only the top end cards MIGHT be hampered by an x8 limited bandwidth.
