Question PCI Express Adapter compatibility in my Desktop

Hello Hardware experts,
The following is the PCI slots in my desktop as uploaded in the following link. I think mine is custom made to give you brand etc.

Please can you kindly advise, if I can install this ? I have an offer for this, so I can buy alternatively please advise affordable high reception USB wifi adapter with antenna.

I would suggest https://imgur.com/ instead.

Thank you. I have used the industry standard ufile.io and it is safe & straight forward.
by the way, https://imgur.com is forcing all advt and my Nokia is spammed with advt and I did not see file upload option , it is asking me to install android app Imgur: Funny Memes & GIF maker is ranked 2.9 stars

Still can't see the picture and it requires sign in but if port/bus is really just PCI and card is PCI express it can't work, they are not compatible. I can see picture of TP link card and it's PCIe x1 which should fit in and work with all PCIe ports/slots of any length.
If you are unable to post link to photo at least show a link to motherboard or write it's make and model.

Shows 2x PCIe x16 and 2x PCIe x1 slots and that WiFi card should work in any of them although PCIe x1 would be more appropriate. You will most probable have to use shorter bracket supplied with card.
