Ok. Lets try something. I want you to download DDU (link below), and run it. When you run it, it will ask if it can restart and go into Safe Mode, select Yes. After it gets into Safe Mode, it will offer you 3 choices. Select the top one which says "recommended". What this will do is clean all video drivers and anything they may have left in the registry and old folders from your system.

Following that, reboot to the desktop, and install the latest video drivers. Links for those are also below. Just click the appropriate icons.



i am using intel grapics to see devices and the hindden ones and this one was last working when the gtx 970 worked also its the pcie controller.
 
Never hurts to try that.

Right click the desktop, and select Nvidia Control Panel. Then on the menu bar, select Help, and then System Information. The top line in the right panel will tell you the version number.

358.50 appears to be the latest version.
 


355.98 also i cant do nvdia control panel i just remebered when i installed it.
