I have g31t-m9 v1.0 motherboard what pci express version it has I need a graphics card

you have 1 x PCIe x16 so depending on PSU you should be good with most GPU's

The Intel G31 chipset uses PCI-E version 1.1.

For the most part, however, that really doesn't make a difference as PCI Express is both backwards and forwards compatible. That said, I wouldn't want to install an RTX 2080Ti into a PCIE version 1.0 motherboard, but any reasonable card that would pair well with the processor is going to work just fine.

So my pci express version is 1.1 ,PSU IS 450 WATT AND 4 gb Ram ddr2 ,processor Intel core 2 duo .Should use gt 1030 gddr5 graphics card
