PCI Port Intake? Thoughts?

Okay, so i have a very obscure case i got from a cyberpower build like 3 years ago. i recently completely replaced all of the innards of the build, and now i've run into a slight problem.
There are two intake fans in the bottom front of the case, two exausts on top, and one exaust in the back top corner near the motherboard. My hulking MSI 1060 GAMING X is blocking a lot of intake flow to the important bits of the motherboard, and im wondering if some of the air is being pushed through the pci ports instead of up the 6x6 inch gap between the graphics card and the SSD rack. is there any option out there for intake through the PCI port? my case is in a well ventilated area so hot air recirculation isnt gonna be an issue. the only think i could find was the nexus waveair but that sticks out too far. is there any kind of mount for the outside of the case? or maybe an intake blower? anything that would fit onto the 5 open pci brackets would work.

The gpu is so big that i really dont feel like it would be interfering with the exaust. and these empty ports are at least a good 6 inches away from the nearest intake. I have 3 exaust fans in the top section of the case, but the heatsyncs on the motherboard are suuper hot. there are two intake fans in the bottom of the frontof the case, but they blow straight back and i feel like im just losing a butt ton of cool air out of the grated pci covers. if i could get a fan on there somehow, then it would theoratically push more cool air into the fans on the GPU, but also over and around it to the cpu area, where the heatsyncs produce enough heat for me to physically feel from a few inches to the side of the case. just looking for some sort of way to mount an intake fan to the back of the pci slots without physically drilling screw holes (someone actually said that on one forum)
