Question pci standard ram controller issue

Hello, In device manger there is a device listed as pci standard ram controller and there is no driver installed for this device, and if i go check properties and check resources for this device it shows me (this device isnt using any resources because it has a problem)
what does this mean? is it broken?

ssd samsung
hdd
ram 16gb hyperx fury predator 3000mhz
and corsair psu850 W

its a good pc, but i experience lots of stutter in nearly all games and i was wondering if this can be the issue

game on the ssd or the hdd?
malware scan the system?

i ran this many times its all good results with execptional results nothing working slowly

but my question is why is pci standard ram controller not using any resources

No idea what it's for.
I see the same thing.
This machine runs fine so I'm not going to worry about it.
Perhaps it has something to do with this machine and your machine have no pci slots.

I mean my pc runs fine but i get stutter in games
And i thought that this device was the issue i also don't know why it's not using resources
I have pci slots in pc

No.....you have pcie slots.....no pci slots.

put the game on ssd.
how full is the ssd?
run health check on both ssd and hdd?

Ill will run but i think both are healthy some games are on ssd and some on hdd and i don't see any difference
