Hey guys, are all 6pin to 8pins the same? because I need to connnect a pci 3.0 card to a psu but after looking online I wasn't really sure.

I managed to find this one in a store near me but it's advertising that it's for 2.0
http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/6-pin-pci-e-psu-to-8-pin-pci-e-20-cable-adapter-n61hq
could someone clarify to me if they're all the same or I should go for a different cable and just wait a few days for it to be posted.

Thanks in advance

Edit: I've now also seen these
http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/maplin-8-pin-male-to-8-pin-female-pci-e-extension-braided-cable-a19nn
which makes me really unsure, the card will be a 970 which requires a 6pin and a 8pin, the psu has for 2 8pin slots.

Solution
From what I have read they ran out of said cables 7 or so months ago.
So unless you can find some locally (like ebay type sites) you have to buy a new unit and keep track of the cables.
That would work but it raises the question of whether the PSU is up to the task you're going to ask of it. Most of the time, if the PSU doesn't feature two 8 pin PCIe cables it is because the PSU would not run properly with two 8 pins fully loaded. What graphics card are you wanting to use from what PSU?

@gam3r01 ohh dam, its a discontinued product as antec are now selling the tp750c, any idea where I could find a replacement or something that would work? or am I basically out of luck here.
