Hello,
I currently have a i7 2600 with a P8Z68-V motherboard.
This only only supports PCIe 2.0 (processor and board wise).
I am currently thinking of building a new setup and good deal in a gtx 1070 just came up. The thing is, I was going to wait for a couple of months or so to sell my old setup to a friend but this opportunity will end soon.
My question is: if I buy the 1070 will it work with my current setup even though its PCIe 3.0?
