[SOLVED] PCIe 3.0 vs 4.0

Im building a new PC.
So here's what I'm planning

Procie: i5-12400F
Motherboard: Asus Prime B660M-K D4
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1660 super
RAM: 2x8gb ddr4 3600 Corsair Vengeance RGB RT
PSU: Seasonic Core GM550
HDD: 1 TB seagate

the question is, should i get Kingston Fury Renegade or Samsung 970 Evo plus for my SSD?
note that there's a 30usd difference between the two.

I will be using this for gaming and programming.

I would get the Samsung over any flavor of Kingston, simply due to the reliability.
