PCIe cable 12v voltage tolerance

So today I found some server PSU that has been laying around my house for some time. Decided to use it, but before i decided to plug cables to components i measured 12V voltage on 6/8 pin PCIE cables. So on 12v I measured around 12.6v. Is that too high and is there a risk of killing my GPU ?

And please, someone with real knowledge about this should answer this question.
I dont care about HWmonitor and MSI AB voltages, I just want to know if more than 12v on PCIE cable will kill the GPU.

+12.60 Volts is the maximum allowed by the ATX12V Power Supply Design Guide.

+11.40 Volts is the minimum allowed by the ATX12V Power Supply Design Guide.

Ripple & Noise should be under 120 milliVolts peak to peak.

They manufacture them to be a little high. When you put a load on the psu, it drops the voltage. This is called voltage drop. They try to make it so that they psu is still above 12.0v when the voltage drop happens.

Your voltage is fine.
