[SOLVED] Pcie cable issue

Hello everyone I'm facing a issue with the gpu or psu. Im using one pcie cable with the tail 6+2 pin connector to the gpu but on motherboard the Vga led is on and monitor goes off or sometimes the monitor is blank. Can someone please help me should I use 2 chain 8:8 of pcie cable or use only 1 chain with tail 6+2.

some expert recommends to do 1 chain per slot, so if you have 2 pcie cable, do 1 cable for 1 power slot.
