PCIe device with internal USB 3.0

As the title says: does a product like this exist? A card that you can put in a PCIe slot, and has an internal USB 3.0 header. External connections are not really important, though it would also be fine if the connector was on the backside (so that would make it an external internal USB 3.0 header, still following me?). So yeah, thanks in advance guys.
