I am building a server using routeros,my question is there is a gigabit port on the motherboard which i want to use as input from my isp,and then i want to install one pcie gigabit nic as output and another pci based 10/100 nic also as ouput ,the gigabit nice would be used to connect to my pc while the pci based nic will go to the wifi ap in the living room.I know that i can bond nics for all of them to work simultaneously but will my setup work practically.Since the pci based nic is only 10/100 while rest are 10/100/1000.

Solution
First, you can get gigabit NICs for all connections. They will autonegotiate the fastest possible rate. You host will buffer data in RAM for part of the data and not send ACK packets to slow any sender on gigabit if the destination is 100Mbit.
