Question PCIe lane distribution on the B550 Tomahawk ?

I have an MSI B550 Tomahawk paired with a Ryzen 5900X which supports 24 lanes. I have a 4080 in my
PCIe 4 x16 and 2 gen 4 NVMe SSDs in both my x4 slots. This makes 24 lanes right?
The thing is, I also have a WiFi card in one of the x1 slots at the bottom...

Will the WiFi card now not work or will it take performance from the SSD drives?
Or does the gen 4 NVMe slot now run at gen 3 speed? I'm just confused about the whole thing.

The WiFi card isn't in use so I could just remove it, just wondering whether I should?

cpu has 24 lanes, but 4 lanes is for chipset connection, leaving you with 16 for gpu and 4 for single m2 drive

Thanks for the help, But I have both connected and working, looking at the diagram it makes sense since the pcie 3 x4 is included in the chipset (bottom) whereas the GPU slot and 4x 4.0 are separate (top right) correct?
