PCIE lanes and expansion cards

Hi all,

just a quick question:

On the product sheet of my 6600k it says that this chip has 16 PCIE lanes.

Now since my GPU uses all 16 of those, will adding a WIFI/Bluetooth card

(actually this one http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GC-WB867D-I-Bluetooth-Adapter-Computer/dp/B00HF8K0O6)

reduce my GPU to 8x?

Edit: I use the Maximus Gene VIII which is a Z170 mobo

If you use the very bottom PCIe 3.0 x4 slot no it will not because that is using the PCIe lanes from the PCH (Z170) chipset not the CPU.
