Want to remove my 1070ti but it seems the pcie lock on the right side is stuck. I've tried pushing it with my finger but it won't budge and I've tried the end of a pen and it just kept on slipping. I've tried screwing the card back in but I still can't seem to push this bloody thing down. Plus it's hard to get at because of my cpu cooler. Anyone got any tips to help?

Solution
From the pics, I think you need to push down on the lock to release it.
Try to lift the graphics card up evenly.
You did unscrew the back panel screws I hope?
Yeh I've tried both but it just seems completely stuck. The free slot lock moves almost freely and I can easily open it with the back end of a pen or my fingers

Thanks for the help but I just couldn't seem to do it. I tried just pulling it out like some said but when I did the the whole case lifted up and it felt wrong to have the cases weight supported just through the gpu. I might have to take the whole thing apart. But two of the mobo screws are blocked by the gpu anyway

Yeh I've unscrewed everything and I've tried pushing it down while pushing the tab. It's just doesn't seem to want to move. Others had success just pulling it out but my whole mobo starts to flex more than I'd like so I got a bit scared and abandoned that idea

Double check the action of the locking tab by pushing down on the other pciex16 slot on your motherboard.

Ultimately, you may have to remove the cpu cooler to be able to get a good handle on the card to lift it out evenly.

Remember, if you were able to get it in, it should come out.
Just try not to really force anything and break it.
